It is our goal to show the world and other pet owners the revitalizing power of ReOxiMar and how valuable this amazing product can be.  We need a total of TEN (10) 10-15 second long videos of you Pet’s application site (what area you are treating). You can use the form below to upload these videos. You will be given an initial bottle of ReoxiMar and once you complete the project, you will be sent a $50 Gift card and an additional bottle of ReOxiMar! Not only will you be helping your pet live their best life, you will be helping many other pet owners by demonstrating the regenerative power of ReOximar. So Yes, You WILL be doing a very good deed for many by participating in this project.

Hello and welcome to the Healing of Skin Project. It is our goal to document the Healing of Skin with ReOxiMar (HOCI Active Ingredient). You have been selected to participate in this journey as in important contributor. Here’s how it works:

  1. Once you receive your initial bottle of ReOxiMar, you will apply it 3 or more times per day to the skin condition. You will continue this process for the entire 10 days (and beyond if you choose). 
  2. Every day for the next 10 days, you will submit a video of the skin condition, using this page. * IMPORTANT – VIDEOS MUST BE IN TAKEN IN THE FORMAT DEMONSTRATED IN THE VIDEO BELOW.
  3. After you submit your 10th video of the skin condition, and all ten videos are in acceptable format, then we will send you ONE (1) more bottle of ReOxiMar and a $50 Visa / Mastercard Gift Card.

    1. I attest that I am the owner of the content (video or pictures) that I am submitting for The Healing of Skin video project. 2. Consent: I, the undersigned Model, hereby grant to the ReOxiMar / Creator, their successors, assigns, and licensees, the irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, re-publish, copyright, or reproduce my image, likeness, and/or voice in photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other digital or physical media (collectively, "Media"). 3. Purpose of Use: I understand that the Media may be used for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to: Promotional materials Marketing campaigns Editorial content Artistic displays Commercial use Website content Social media 4.Compensation: I acknowledge that I will receive a $50 Visa or Mastercard Gift Card and ONE (1) Additional bottles of ReOxiMar once I have uploaded 10 (TEN) 10-20 second videos, one per day for 10 days, of the wound or skin condition that I submitted a picture of for consideration in this project. There will not be any other financial compensation or other remuneration for the creation or use of the Media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 5. Release of Liability: I hereby release and discharge the Photographer/Creator, their heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or by reason of any use of the Media, including any claims for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of any personal or proprietary right. 6. Representations: I am of legal age (18 years or older) and have the full right and authority to enter into this agreement. If the model is a minor, the parent/legal guardian must sign below. 7. Governing Law: This release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida (United States).
